Kayla is a driven and results-focused Business Development Manager with a background in Commercial Management and Law, providing her with a strong understanding of legislation, compliance, and professional standards. She is passionate about protecting and maximising her clients’ investments, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that enhance the growth and performance of investor assets.
Known for her exceptional communication skills and proactive approach, Kayla is committed to delivering outstanding service and creating positive client experiences at every stage of the property journey. She embraces new challenges and is continually expanding her knowledge, striving for both personal and professional growth.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys staying active through CrossFit and spending time cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
Georgia West
SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
Georgia comes from a social media marketing and eCommerce background, where she developed a strong eye for detail, exceptional organisation skills, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities at once. These strengths have transitioned seamlessly into the property management space, where she thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building positive relationships with both owners and tenants.
Outside of work, Georgia spends her weekends with her dog, whether that’s exploring local beaches or relaxing at home by the water with a coffee in hand.
Paige Brockhurst
SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
Having previously worked in property management before pursuing a career within the mining industry, Paige has returned to real estate with a renewed appreciation for the industry and the relationships that come with it. Her diverse professional experience has shaped her into an incredibly capable, resilient and organised operator who understands the importance of communication, accountability and getting things done properly.
Paige is known for being thorough, timely and respectful in everything she does. She takes pride in ensuring both property owners and tenants feel heard, informed and confident throughout their experience, and believes that strong property management is built on clear communication, attention to detail and genuine care. Paige is dedicated to providing exceptional service while always striving to learn and improve in every interaction. Outside of work Paige enjoys time with her family and friends. Immersing herself in her personal life and making the most of coastal living.
