Happy Monday! It’s been 2 weeks since our last update and they sure have gone fast! The market has continued to stay strong in the lead up to Christmas with just one property vacant (and under application).
Congratulations goes to Melissa who has just obtained her Property Management Certificate. Melissa joined our team almost 12 months ago and has been an asset for us all.
Just a reminder for anyone that hasn’t yet taken the opportunity to have their property assessed from the hail damage earlier this year. Climatized Building Group is continuing to provide free assessments and our Team is more than happy to arrange this for you.
Trades may be busy in the period over Christmas and January so if there is anything you would like our Team to arrange to avoid any last minute emergencies, we would recommend planning to do so now. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to discuss any pending maintenance which will potentially alleviate any possible emergency maintenance over the Christmas period.
I have been given the opportunity to see all my 3 daughters and have booked

2. What’s your highlight of the journey? Being able to do more than I thought I could handle.
3. Funniest moment?
Getting a key from a Real Estate which actually opened the door to the wrong house!!
4. Most frustrating part of the job?
The need to be completely ‘on’ all the time. Lots of moving parts.
5. Why Pest Control?
To be honest, I didn’t think about it at the time. I had just taken a redundancy at the Uni and wanted a change.
